"I have been renting out my house in Guildford for over 2 years now after moving overseas. After checking with friends and family that rent out properties themselves I was advised to use Rochard King,they seemed to have a good reputation so I thought I'd give them a try. I'm very glad I did! The tenants have been no trouble, but seem to have had bad luck with things breaking down mainly the boiler and heating system. Being so far away and on an 10 hour time difference it would have been difficult to deal with this, but fortunately Rochard King have an excellent property management team in place, every issue has been handled professionally and rapidly, getting contractors to site and repairs done efficiently and quickly and always keeping me updated of progress.
