Register Your Details with Us
Rochard King offer properties to rent in the Surrey, Berkshire and West Sussex areas, focusing on both towns and their outer lying villages.
We also have a selection of student rentals - available to view from February* - which can be subsequently reserved for the summer term.
It is therefore essential that you contact us to register your details so that we can ensure you are sent copies of any available properties, in time for your move.
Found Something You Like?
Once you place an offer on any of our properties, we will provide you with written details of all fees together with details of the scheme where your deposit will be held and within a few days of move in, documentation to show the Registered Deposit Scheme where your deposit is being held.
We handle all the administration and paperwork in branch and make sure you are kept fully informed on the progress of your application, and will send you a draft copy of the Tenancy Agreement ahead of your move in date, giving you chance to read through the documentation in advance and so that any questions you may have can be answered.
Making You Welcome
Prior to move in, we recommend to all our landlords that properties are professionally cleaned and that a proper independent inventory is carried out, for the benefit of both tenants and landlords.
Every property will have had a strict check to ensure any furnishings comply with The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire and Safety) (amendment) Regulations 1993, The Furniture and Furnishings (Fire and Safety) Regulations 1988, Consumer Protection Act 1987, Gas Safety (installation and use) Regulations 1988, Gas Coding Appliances (Safety) Regulations 1994, Electrical Safety Regulations for Portable Appliance Testing and Fixed Wire Testing (where applicable), and
Energy Performance Certificates provided.
