Whether living overseas or just around the corner most Landlords choose to opt for our property management service.

Unlike many other agents our property management team is located within our own office, enabling our team to be on hand should a visit to your property be necessary.

We will be the first point of contact for your Tenants and be in touch with them directly on move in day, once they have taken possession. We will deal with all major and minor issues that are associated with the letting of your property.

Should things go wrong, we can arrange for either one of our contractors or your own contractor to carry out works required.

Rent Collect Service

During the Tenancy we will monitor all rent payments and ensure that tenants are contacted immediately, should a rent payment be delayed. Our fully computerised accounts system is usually able to transfer monies from our account to landlords on the day we receive cleared funds.

Tenant Introduction Service

For Landlords who wish to manage their own properties and rent collection, we can tailor a service to suit, we can advertise your property on our website and portals, handle enquiries, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, fully vett tenants prior to move in and finally set up the direct debit, so they can pay rent directly into your bank account.
