Letting Fees & Charges for Tenants

In addition to the rent, there are a few other costs that tenants must budget for before entering into a new tenancy agreement with Rochard King.

Initial Fees & Deposits:

• Reservation Fee per propertyis one weeks rent

• Administration Fee no charge

• Reference Fee no charge   

  Tenancy Agreement Fee no charge

• Guarantors no charge

• Security Deposit equivalent of 5 weeks rent

• Pets Clause Fee (if applicable) no charge

Financial Responsibilities :

• Monthly rent (a standing order will be provided)

• Council Tax (more information upon request)

• Utility Bills (Gas, water and electricity)

• Telephone, Internet and cable/satellite TV providers

• Television License

• Contents Insurance for personal belongings

• Stamp Duty Land Tax on rents that exceed £125,000 cumulatively
